n York is Breeden’s New Home Realtor and assists you in the buying and building processes. Don is a Principal Broker with Icon Realty Group, but long before joining that great organization, he was Breeden’s in-house realtor for more than a decade.

Don is also your advocate to get just the home you want. Don, along with John Thompson (our construction manager), is an excellent guide through all the decisions in the building process. He can save you time and money by helping you avoid unnecessary costly mistakes. Don has helped homebuyers through all stages, from building a new custom home to buying a finished one.
