This service begins the day you sign a contract to build a home, purchase a finished home, or purchase a home under construction. Breeden will help you and get your concerns addressed as soon as possible, so don’t wait to notify us of any questions.
Now that you’re settling into your new home, you may have found an issue that concerns you. Or, you might need some help with how something works in your home. We encourage you to speak up and not let the smallest problem linger.
First Year Warranty with Breeden Homes
We are there for you the first year to handle or provide support and coordination of independent warranties your first year in your new home.
Our Response Time
- If it is an emergency we’ll respond immediately, even on weekends.
If not, expect a 2 day turnaround reply.
- Breeden will let you know when your request is scheduled.
- We monitor the schedule regularly to insure that requests get quick turnaround.
2-10 Home Buyers Warranty
Every Breeden home comes with a comprehensive independent warranty from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. 2-10 HBW is an industry leading supplier of new home warranties. A 2-10 HBW booklet is provided to you at contract signing and at the close of escrow.
Breeden and our suppliers keep good records on tracking warranty periods. If that microwave needs fixing, Breeden will make sure our supplier is notified and will promptly respond.Every appliance in your home comes with its manufacturer’s warranty. The typical warranty period is one year. Your heating, ventilation and air condition system will have a longer warranty period.
We will be your advocate for replacement or repair in the event an appliance does not function properly during its warranty period. Breeden and our suppliers keep good records on tracking the warranty period of your appliances and we will make sure our supplier is notified and will promptly respond.
