How to build a home with us in River Heights? We’ll answer your questions in the e-Catalog. Basic things like picking a plan and lot, reviewing modifications needed, home details, and pricing specifics. We have a lot of experience working with lenders for new home loans and can provide guidance, and once everything is in place, we work on the contract and timeline.
The River Heights Neighborhood
We are so proud of our beautiful River Heights neighborhood! In our e-catalog, you’ll find the neighborhood map, photos of the waterway, walking paths, and views of the McKenzie River and the Coburg Hills. It’s gorgeous in this secluded place; one of our customers even called it a paradise. Perhaps a little over the top, but she really felt that way. It’s an absolute joy when your customers are so happy with their homes and the neighborhood we are building. A wonderful location in Hayden Bridge is close to schools, shopping, and quick drives to Peacehealth Medical Center, McKenzie Willamette hospital, the downtowns of Springfield, and Eugene, and the University of Oregon and Duck Football!
