Every Breeden home comes with a comprehensive independent warranty from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. 2-10 HBW is an industry-leading supplier of new home warranties. Product Warranties
We will be your advocate for replacement or repair if an appliance does not function properly during its warranty period. Breeden and our suppliers keep good records on tracking the warranty period of your appliances, and we will make sure our supplier is notified and will promptly respond.
