You can build this home! 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Square Feet: 1,867
A beautiful single level home.
Breeden Homes
A site-specific revision to this plan. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. 1,867 SF-Living, 533 SF-Garage.
Breeden Homes
This is a break from the traditional Pacific NW design and will head in a more contemporary direction.

Building site was opened up for our Geo-engineer to give us his input as to soil conditions.
Breeden Homes
The soil was good for bearing, but the mix of materials was not exactly what he was looking for to ensure stability.
Breeden Homes
Our solution was to dig down until we hit this dark soil and almost directly below is sold rock.
Breeden Homes
We are then filling in the cavity with rock to create a super stable base for this home.
Breeden Homes
Only 40" of split in this one. Basically a flat compared to most of the others in the neighborhood. Should be a welcome relief for the framers.
Breeden Homes
Utilities are inspected and backfilled. Yard is taking shape or more exactly, the shape of the yard is taking shape.
Breeden Homes
Ryan has been busy with the utility conduits and bringing in rock for the driveway, garage slab and front porch. Site is shaping up better than I was imagining.
Breeden Homes
This is from yesterday. There is now a wall up along the back of the house. (or I should say "should be")
Breeden Homes
A back wall and a side wall. We should have another sidewall up by the end of the day. Today is another COLD and ICY day. The guys are spending a bit more time making sure they are safe today.
Breeden Homes
The house is progressing quickly. By the end of the day tomorrow, all the exterior walls should be up. (fingers crossed)
Breeden Homes
All exterior and interior walls are up today. Walls are being straightened and plumbed in preparation of truss delivery.
Breeden Homes
Trusses were here this morning. Bright and early too. Well, early at least. More "heavy fog' than "bright".
Breeden Homes
Roof has been taking a bit longer than expected. We had a truss problem which resulted in some of them going back to the manufacturer to be remade correctly.
Breeden Homes
Most of the trusses are set. Hip roof houses have quite a few more pieces in the roof.
Breeden Homes
The crew should have a pretty good jump on getting the roof sheathing done. The weather has been hit and miss, but generally not too bad.
Breeden Homes
The home is certainly starting to look more like the picture I drew. Some sunny weather today will help speed things along.
Breeden Homes
Scott and the crew are working their way around the house. By the end of tomorrow, the roof should be done-ish.
Breeden Homes
A couple images from the roof. Nice view from the optional rooftop deck. I wonder if a rooftop deck would be legal?
