If you haven't called us already, give a call, send an email or visit our model home. You'll get connected with one of our Home Consultants. Their job is to guide you through the process of building your home from start to finish. They want you to have the best experience possible and are very dedicated to that goal.

Choose Your Lender
Our customers tend to have the best experiences with local lenders who have construction loan experience. We find this so important to the process, we have a list of lenders with a proven track record of good service for you to consider. If you choose one of them, we'll even give you an additional discount on your home. Why? Because a smoother loan process makes it better for all of us.

Choose Your Lot
Your lot will determine what kind of home you can build. So before you actually pick a plan or start to design your home, it's important to choose your lot (though dreaming about your home can begin any time). We can build on a Breeden lot, a suitable city or rural lot, or a property you already own. If you don't have a lot or one of ours isn't quite right, we'll help you find one for free and evaluate it for building. Learn more in Build on Your Own Lot.
